Hands-on tutorial for Simulation Based Inference

Instructions

install anaconda (miniconda) if you don't have it
clone the github repository git clone https://github.com/dprelogo/SBI-tutorial.git
inside the directory, run conda env create -f environment.yml
change the conda environment conda activate SBI-tutorial
start jupyter instance by running jupyter lab
