Automate Apache virtual host creation on Linux, with Devdom.

• You must run Devdom under root, or under sudo/su permissions.
• LAMP stack must be active (No Nginx support, currently)
• It is assumed you're on Debian/Ubuntu or a derivative (future releases plan to ease this restriction)
• Existing self-signed SSL is in place

⚠️ A Word of Caution

If you create a local domain that exists on the web (like github.com, for example) you will no longer be able to access it on the internet; so use a non-public suffix like .test

It is advisable to avoid using .dev, as apparently Google has taken ownership of it so it is no longer a non-routable gTLD and it can be assumed ads will start piping through it at some point.
