v0.0.1-alpha: First Release

First release of the PyCLEM package for segmentation and analysis of correlative light and electron microscopy (CLEM) data.

This project contains numerous useful tools and scripts for image analysis. Currently, it is work in progress and will need some adaptation for new use-cases.

Currently, the repository is maintained by @andreasmarnold and @dmichalak .
