-added the options yregoptions() and mregoptions()
-linear regression is always estimated via ML (consistently with SAS' proc causalmed and VanderWeele's (2014) code)
-linear regression uses a metdod-lf2 evaluator
-log-binomial regression default estimation reverted to ML
-updated help file with one additional example
-Stata version 11 or higher is required
