- IRC (Internet Relay Chat)
- The official real-time IRC support channel is #superkb on the Freenode network. To enter, you can either use an IRC client like XChat and irssi or you can use the Freenode Webchat for Superkb (remember to choose a nickname).
- Bug tracking system
- The bug tracker should be used to raise misbehaviors in Superkb and Requests For Enhancements (RFE) only.
- Mailing list
- If you can't find your question already answered in the Superkb-devel mail archives you should subscribe to the mailing-list and post your question there. Also, patches should be sent to the mailing list for public review.
- E-mail the project founder
- As a very last resort, send an e-mail directly to the project founder: [email protected].
