Initial release of Ares with the fault-injection framework, documentation, and pre-trained models.

The trained models provided have been quantized down to 3.13 as well as more aggressive, model-specific datatypes. As described in the Ares paper, the fixed-point representation follows the format: <integer.fraction>.
