  1. I did not find reference to a timeline for reporting and response?
    b Escalation process?
    c Legal safe harbour?

a The GOV.UK page contains information on timelines. b Escalation is the responsibility of COD Cyber and the respective service, added a minor statement for services to consider this. c GOV.UK page clarifies terms of disclosure programme, including not taking illegal actions.

Happy with the amendments, though the wording on line 10 looks like it may be slightly confused and have changed the link ?

ta.. wording fixed.. the link should still work, I changed the link text but the URL remains the same
