This version of the curation library includes the change to LinkML v2. The main breaking changes are:
a) change of subject/object to diseaseAnnotationSubject/diseaseAnnotationObject;
b) storing MOD curies for genes/alleles/AGMs in the modEntityId field rather than curie (accessed by getIdentifier() convenience method)
I've made what I think are the appropriate changes to the repo, but I may well be missing loads of stuff.
