This provides the
IntlAda package that gives access to thegettext (3)function in order to localize a program. It is intended to be used on system which do havegettextBUT also on systems where this is not available. On systems wheregettext (3)is not available, theIntlpackage provides specific implementation that is suitable to use default English messages.
