The Milestone 1 is complete and all the points from the related contract have been delivered. The deliverables from the contract exactly follow the points from here: https://github.com/algorandfoundation/xGov/blob/main/Proposals/xgov-70.md#milestone-1-vpses-purchase-and-setup-nft-research

We pay our VPSes monthly, so we don't have receipts for the whole year yet.
