Error handling, v3 manifest, various fixes and minor redesign

This release includes a new proper way to handle empty responses from the server which now presents formatted messages for users. I also made the decision to remove the negative margin from the digits as I feel the design is somehow better now. As always, the release also includes various small bug fixes, the most notable one being early exiting for undefined values in some functions.
There is a small issue with the tananana website as of today, as their certificate has expired on 5.10.2022 but I hope they will renew it soon, if it won't get fixed by next week, I will try to get in touch with them.
Not to forget, this release also contains the migration to v3 manifest, which had to be done before the end of 2022.

Migrate to secure fetch url

This release fixed a critical bug that prevented users from using the extension. The migration of the tananana website to using https broke the previous fetch url which made the extension unable to retrieve new data. Everything works as expected now.

Add artists URL fallback

Artists are now linked to their Spotify counterparts even if the track has no match
