update outdated node-gyp for node-sass

Short description of what this resolves:

This PR resolve the issue with fresh installation of ngx-admin. It is due to outdated version of the dependency.

The issue is mentioned #5879, and I have been facing the same as well

did you try to clone the fork? It should fix the problem.
