Oil Well Detection in Geospatial RGB images

Challenge: Train a neural network to detect oil wells in RGB satellite images. Input data supplied for the challenge include the following.

1. A collection of 294 RGB satellite images of diverse spatial resolution
2. Coordinates (latitudes and longitudes) of oil wells found in the above images
