Includes base addon shopinvader_api_payment, shopinvader_api_payment_cart for paying current cart and shopinvader_api_payment_provider_sips to enable paying via SIPS provider
We may want in the future to handle payment with tokens
The payable is signed so we don't need a separate access token.
It is not used nor useful there, as its only purpose is help the frontend dev display the monetary value properly.
