Asynchronous CL-POSTGRES (prototype)

What's working:

• TCP connect with password-based auth, plain or MD5.
• UNIX socket connect (when CL-ASYNC supports PIPE-CONNECT)
• async-send-parse, async-send-execute (the latter returns affected row count)
• result set row handling
