My french custom keyboard layouts for OS X & Windows.

Download fr-dev-layout-osx.zip, unzip the file and copy the French Developer.bundle file into ~/Library/Keyboard Layout for the current user or /Library/Keyboard Layout for system wide settings. A reboot might be needed if the keyboard layouts don't appear in the input source settings.
This will create a new input source :

Download fr-dev-layout-win.zip, unzip the file and launch setup.exe to install the keyboard layout.
This will create a new input method named French - Developer :
