Helpful code for generating multilayer stepper masks

Installation Instructions:

• Requires Python 2.7, There is some error with matplotlib and python3 that I have not worked out yet: https://www.python.org/downloads/
• Requires pip: https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/installing/
• Run command: pip install -r requirements.txt

Run Instructions:

• Run command: chmod +x your_mask_generator.py (i.e. chmod +x gdsToMaskTest.py)
• Run command: python your_mask_generator.py (i.e. python gdsToMaskTest.py)
