This PR adds the possibility to list currently tracked connections by sending a USR1 signal to the ssldump process.
USR2 signal will purge the internal connection tracking structures.
The output is printed on stderr.
A few other messages are now also printed on stderr (along with a startup banner à la tcpdump).
