Fix JET and DataInterpolations tests

• address warnings from latest JET release
• skip DataInterpolations test on LinearInterpolations until LinearInterpolation: Fix scalar indexing and generalize for ndims(u) > 2 SciML/DataInterpolations.jl#335 (comment) is resolved.
