Fix no archiveartifact repro_diff.out issue

Change error step to echo, no need to use error as job result is set
explicitly as FAILURE if compared builds are different

Remove unused script files to reduce confusion and duplication. Those
files have been moved to temurin-build repo

To run full set of tests, use "run tests"; a subset of tests on specific jdk version, use "run tests quick 11,20"
