Bootstrap your Franklin library using
npm init @adobe/franklin-library
Not needed.
$ npm init @adobe/franklin-library

create-franklin-library
will ask you a few questions and then bootstrap the library for you. All you have to do is change to the newly created directly and push to GitHub.
$ npm install
$ npm test
$ npm run lint
