Proposal

Update dependencies for LLM evaluation pipelines, including:

  • For coding challenge, use a fork of bigcode-evaluation-harness for easy maintenance.
  • Update peft==0.14.0.
  • Update bitsandbytes==0.45.1.
  • Update recommended Python version to 3.11.
