Consider adding back NCIt OBO parsing:

Add support for OncoTree mapping from NCIt terms.

Can get this metadata from the DepMap Model.csv file.

Work on adding `primaryDisease` column in a future update.

This requires parsing NCIT obo file, which is complicated.
