a mxnet implementation of network quantification

This code include binarization, log quantification and uniform quantification of conv net.

The version of mxnet is v0.7.

I will clean up the code, write the document and transform the code to new version of mxnet when i have enough time. You can try it or contact me through the issue or email before.
