APIS core Version 0.9.1

Includes several bug fixes and smaller improvements:

• added the merge field also to Place entities - #182
• fixed a bug that prevented reference forms to show correctly - #169
• fixed bug that prevented the API to work with object level permissions - #183
• status is set to distinct for places if lat/long exists - #143

includes some minor bug fixes and removed the highlighter package from core
