This is a Proof-of-Concept for an Ethereum Contract which will collect ballots of votes from users, each costing a base price. When the Ballot is finalized, winning voters get their cut of the winning pool. It is a mix of democracy and gambling, as demonstrated via Gnosis and the DAO.
