This project creates segments of kidney ultrasound images to detect fatty liver using non deep learning based methods.

Code Contained

The files attached are 1) an IPYNB notebook containing a full analysis of segmentation using thresholding 2) an IPNYB/.PY file using Canny edge detection to aid with segmentations

Findings

All the findings are documented in the PDF report.
