Translations in CMI

We understand alot of our users, don't speak english. In order to appeal to everyone, we added a translation system. This powerful system allows users of all backgrounds to change almost every message in CMI.

Changing Active Translation File.

Config.yml

Language: EN

In this case, EN represents the language code for "English". To find a full list of language codes please visit this Wikipedia Article.

Configuring Translation Files.

Translation locale files are stored within the "Translations" folder, located within the CMI plugin directory. Translations are stored in the format of: Locale_{LanguageCode}.yml.

You can either use an existing translation and tweak it, or maintain your own translation by both creating the file and specifying the same {LanguageCode} in the file name and config.yml.

After you have created the file and made changes, use /cmi reload to reload the translations and configs.

Want to help us translate CMI?

If you want to help us translate CMI, you can make modifications to our translation section of our github repo. Translations are always welcome and we really appreciate this form of contribution. Simply edit the file in the github repo and make a Pull Request. If you don't feel comfortable using the github but wish to make a larger translation contribution (e.g. entire language code addition) please contact Zrips directly.
