cleaning up of v1 applications

What

• Removing unused v1 code from the codebase.
• Updated backend/workflow_manager/endpoint_v2/database_utils.py by using correct import from v1 instaed of v2

Why

• The system now uses v2, and v1 code is no longer in use. Removing it helps reduce clutter and improve maintainability.

How

• Deleted unused v1 code and applications.

Can this PR break any existing features. If yes, please list possible items. If no, please explain why. (PS: Admins do not merge the PR without this section filled)

• No, unless v1 applications are accidentally referenced elsewhere.
