  1. Parameterize the sasl authentication for the 465 port 

    At present SASL authentication on the 465 port is hardcoded as active while on 587 it's conditioned on a variable value.
It should be so for 465 as well.
Currently this means that one cannot disable authentication for connections coming on the 465 port even though it's disabled everywhere else.
