This release updates clang to 17.0.1 and drops nlohmann_json runtime Nix dependency, but the biggest change is improved reproducibility.
NixOS Nix, stage3 bootstrap-from-tcc Nix and ZilchOS Nix will all build you the same

and all the intermediate derivations are tested to match up between them (see .maint/hashes).
