Environment setup:

install tensorflow:

pip install tensorflow-gpu

install tf learn cutting edge version:

pip install git+https://github.com/tflearn/tflearn.git

The normal version has some problem with the newest tensorflow when use batch norm layer

Run:

cd modular_design_net/ python train.py
