We collect journal articles that used ChIPseeker in the featured Articles page.

If you have published using ChIPseeker and want your publication to be featured in the featured Articles page, you should follow these steps:

  1. Create a gh-pages branch in git.
  2. Add your publication information in docs/featuredArticles.md and put the figure in featured_img folder.
  3. Push branch to github and issue pull request (PR).

If you're not familiar with git or github, you can email your publication information and feature image to me. I will add it for you 🍻.
