The extension isn't available on the Firefox Add-ons Store because it doesn't comply with Mozilla’s Acceptable Use Policy.
To install it you have to download the latest version on the Release page and extract it on your computer.
Then go on about:debugging and "This Firefox", then click on "Load Temporary Add-on" and choose the manifest.json file.
