The Kanban Project Management App aims to help in project management of Agile teams. Right now the application can be used determine when you may expect a Roadmap of work to be finished, using the Throughput metrics of your team and the expected amount of work you've identified. Through the use of Monte Carlo Simulations the app runs though various possible scenarios your team may work on the Roadmap and determines how long each of those scenarios take to complete the whole Roadmap. You can use this information to gauge if you are on schedule or determine if the work is worth the effort of doing in the first place!
