2.3.0-pre

Another semi-major (pre-)release, once again changing how Element Changer works. This time though, it's backwards compatible.

The following changes were made:

• Element removing has been implemented in Element Changer, while remaining backwards compatible.
• Update the way elements are indexed in Element Changer.
