Update WordPress packages (#1672)

## Motivation for the change, related issues

WordPress packages like components are outdated. This prevents us from
using newer components and other features.

## Implementation details

Updated all WordPress packages in `package.json`.

The MenuItem stopped supporting the `href` prop but it still works as
expected, so I just added a ts-ignore for now.
