Node v18 has been EOL for a couple weeks
I dropped Electron versions that have been EOL for over a year
I added an engines clause to fix Please add "engines" config to package.json #1344
I added Node v24 which just released.

I haven't done any verification of this branch. We'll see how GHA likes it.
