In this page we summarize our experiences while adapting Odin (Initially created by Lalith Suresh) to its use in the H2020 Wi-5 (What to do With the Wi-Fi Wild West) project (Wi5). We are adding some improvements as e.g. the support of multi-channel handoffs.

Odin is an SDN framework programmable enterprise WLANs. It provides a platform for developing typical enterprise WLAN services such as mobility management, load balancing, seamless handover, etc. as "network applications". Our aim is to share experiences and to gather interested people.

If you want to build it, follow the Steps for setting up your own Odin Wi5 Enviroment.

This is the terminology we are using.

These are the Wi-5 applications.

These are the schemes we are using.

This is a list of supported routers.
