FED recruitment assessment
This test gives you an insight into how we work. It touches on all the technologies we are using day to day.
The following skills are required to work with the Starter Pack and the GUI:
- Working with git and GitHub
(forking, tagging, branches, GitFlow) - Working in your local shell environment
(Mac terminal, Windows prompt) - Working with NodeJS
(basic knowledge) - Working with grunt and npm
(Setting up/tweaking your own gruntfile, installing dependencies) - Working in LESS
(Variables, Nested rules, mixins) - Working with JavaScript, jQuery and optionally Angular
(Bootstrap API, jQuery, Angular) - Working with json formats
(package.json, Mocks) - Working with HTML5 and CSS3, JS
(semantic markup, CSS tricks, best practise) - Working with webfonts
(embedding, referencing)

Login into or Sign up for your GitHub account.

Fork this repo and pull it to your computer.

Install and setup your Starter Pack fork.

Look at the image and create an index.html file with the components.

Refer to the GUI for the specifics of these components.

Create some extra CSS in the provided less files.
This will help you prepare for real world applications and websites you might build with the GUI. -
Create some extra javascript so that the bottom well only shows when you click on "YES" in the button group.
This is completely up to you how you might do that.
Make sure you setup is brand agnostic so setup a settings less file with variables.
