Made RecipeManagerForm always read before exporting

Fix for new patch

Updated the pointer addresses in order to make the tool work with v2.03 of Rev2.

Minor fixes

• Fixed issue where the clear recording buttons got enabled when reading combo recipes instead of dummy recordings
• Corrected a typo when exporting dummy recordings
• Import and export dialogs will only select the recordings/recipes folders by default once

Now Actually Reading At The Right Location Edition

In previous versions the side you recorded the dummy on was not stored, meaning that dummy recordings would start doing inputs on the wrong side depending on which slot you imported it on.

Breaking changes:

• Previously recorded dummy recordings will still display this bug because they don't know which side it was recorded on.

Other changes:

• Added a clear button for dummy recordings, allowing you to reduce the amount of recordings you can get via the random recording option
• Added an open recordings folder button because why not
• You can now import even when no data was found after reading Xrd's memory. I found this to be a little bit too restricting so I removed it. :)

Dummy Recording Update

Now with 100% more dummy recording exporting action and excited raven icons!
