@asharirfan re-nudge about if we want to get this included as part of any upcoming release. Given that it's all sysadmin style changes, and not user facing, I'm good with merging in with ANY release. |

Description
This PR adds GitHub actions to deploy the new released/published version of the plugin to WordPress.org repository via SVN.
Creating a new release here will result in triggering build and deployment.
