Added support for Locks according to http://www.webdav.org/specs/rfc4918.html
-Only thing I didn't implement was infinite Depth Locks, so you can only lock one file at a time versus locking a folder and everything below it.
-Added support for Lock Scope of Exclusive and Shared
-Added support for Lock Type of write
-Added to PropFind method handler (lockdiscovery, supportedlock)
Also added support for other Authentication modes, Basic, Anonymous and Negotiate
-Refactored the WebDevServer Constructor, added a new constructor where you can specify the type of Authentication mode you want to use.
-Moved the HttpListnerAdapters down into a folder called AuthenticationTypes (Since we now have 3)
