This a simple webapp to create and edit HotSpots on any pictures.

Import a picture.

Choose a grid size, click and drag to select grid cells.

Enter a tag for the selection as well as a color (optional)

Export the data as a json file.

You can use the data created at anytime, by importing both the picture and the serialized (JSON) data.

Zoom in or out with slider. Pan around with middle button or 2 fingers on mobile.
