Yes, as we are no longer pinning the version. There was also a typo in the word |

This PR updates the client to use API version v4.0.0
It would seem that open-api-generator version 5.4.0 no longer works (it does not pass CI/CD checks). Updating to the latest version (7.5.0) passes CI/CD checks. However, the client has not been tested.
