With the introduction of https://github.com/WATonomous/infra-config/pull/1159, the New/Update Member Form is depracated, and so is the sheet. We need to replace the cron to pull from https://github.com/WATonomous/infra-config/tree/master/directory/users/data. We can inspect the yaml and determine auth from that.
