removes NT signage and some a few redundant pieces of garbage, adds more rubberneck ingredients as well. Fixes my office and wires the engines on the kruger (engines were never wired in the first place, at all????) and removes redundant stuff in QM locker

was it not purchasable before? I've never seen anyone use it
touches up the Prague as needed, it could probably use a redesign at some point.
i forgot to also move heron to voidcrew folder haha
generally makes things cheaper and named in a way that makes more sense to people buying ships

About The Pull Request

EDIT: I also tweaked most NEU ship prices and some classification names to make it easier for new players to see what they're getting from a few ships that were previously a bit vague. This PR also generally looks at price/performance and makes corrections as needed.
Why It's Good For The Game
Some of these changes were requested, others seem necessary.
