## General overview <a name="overview"></a>
The LTS framework is set up for three basic tasks: run the Lagrangian simulations, analyze the output and visualize the post-processed Lagrangian simulations. For each of these tasks, there is a dedicated submission bash script in the `bin` directory which is used to submit jobs onto the server. Currently, all these script are written for the [ubelix](https://ubelix.unibe.ch/) HPC cluster at the University of Bern, which uses a version of the Slurm workload manager. In principle the LTS framework can be applied to run servers that use different workload managers, but this would require modification of the submission scripts.
