- Add function for compute XCell method
- Fix libraries dependencies in R
- Add missing packages in linux
- Change and update correct R package versions
- Replace lock 'chown user:group' for 'chown user' from file snakemake.yml to fix file permissions
- Update readme with indications for R installation dependencies, Linux packages and docker
