Updated the tooltip in case OpenAL libraries are missing, so for anyone that doesn't have them, the tooltip shows instantly when hovering the mouse over the red dot, and updated text on it.

- Added check for OpenAl libraries to prevent crash on startup.
The app used to crash for some people because some audio drivers don't include the libraries for OpenAl, now if the app is started and the PC doesn't have those libraries, the audio feedback function will be disabled, and the tooltip on the button will say this same thing.

Removed the need of having extra files to make it work, no need to have a beep.wav, it will beep anyways even if you don't have the file, but if you had the file, it will use it instead, so you can make your own.

Added an alternative download made with a different compiler, with any luck it will help some issues for some people who can't run the regular one; for the rest, please use the regular one.
